Productronica China is a global exhibition covering electronic production equipment related to SMT, electronic manufacturing, electronic design, inspection, and more.
At this exhibition, Koh Young unveiled its new Nova series of 3D solder paste inspection (SPI) and 3D automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment. The Nova series (KY8030 Nova, Zenith Nova), equipped with Koh Young's differentiated 3D measurement inspection technology, is particularly tailored for customers in China and India.
Koh Young also showcased the AI-based smart factory platform 'KSMART' at this exhibition, setting up a demo zone for customers to experience it firsthand, captivating the attention of global clients. KSMART is a platform that utilizes AI for real-time process monitoring, diagnostics, analysis, and optimization.
In particular, KSMART's core solution, the Koh Young Process Optimizer (KPO), optimizes the SMT process in real-time utilizing AI, while the Smart Review solution automatically identifies inspection results such as false calls and errors, significantly contributing to production efficiency and quality improvement. The Koh Young Auto Programming (KAP) solution, which provides automatic programming capabilities, dramatically reduces the time and effort required during the programming stage.
Meanwhile, Koh Young participated in the 'Semicon China 2025' held during the same period, showcasing the Meister series of semiconductor packaging inspection equipment and ZenStar. Koh Young received acclaim from global clients by introducing its inspection technology in the semiconductor packaging field, which plays a crucial role in high-performance semiconductor chip production.
