TikTok announced on the 28th that the 'TikTok CxO Circle 2025' was held on the 27th at the Grand InterContinental Parnas in Seoul.

The event was designed for networking and sharing insights among executives, and was held under the theme 'Go Global with TikTok: Beyond K-brands into global trends.'

The event was the first client event hosted by new General Manager Matty Lin. Manager Lin has recently taken the helm of the global business solutions organization responsible for TikTok Korea's advertising business. TikTok noted that Manager Lin plans to actively lead business expansion and strengthen partnerships in the Korean market.

TikTok expects the Korean Wave market to grow to a size of $198 billion by 2030.

General Manager Matty Lin said, “In order for K-brands to establish themselves as global trends, a deep understanding of new content consumption patterns is necessary,” adding, “The insights shared through the CxO Circle will continuously lead to practical business results from branding to commerce through ongoing in-depth discussions with the leadership of brands and agencies.”
