SOFTCAMP announced on the 27th that it held 'SOFTCAMP Kickoff 2025' at its headquarters in Gwacheon DX Tower, inviting about 50 partners.
The event was organized to examine trends and issues in the security market, including ▲a 2025 public compliance change to activate the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud in the public sector, along with security strategies based on the national network security system ▲safe SaaS usage in a network isolation environment amid financial regulatory changes ▲differentiated strategies for SOFTCAMP's document security solution in response to evolving requirements in new work environments and document security (DRM) ▲growth strategies and support policies for 2025 aimed at finding opportunities in collaboration with partners.
SOFTCAMP also announced its revamped organization under the keyword of joint growth with partners. A new unified support center for partners was established, leading to a separate restructuring of the organization, expanding technical support systems and roles.
The plan is to provide comprehensive knowledge and technical support. A dedicated partner portal will also be operated to enhance the competitiveness of partner companies and improve customer support service quality. This aims to strengthen a collaborative system based on trust by offering an agile communication response system between SOFTCAMP and its partners.
Bae Hwan-guk, CEO of SOFTCAMP, noted, "In a security environment where the market center is rapidly shifting with AI and SaaS, coexistence and cooperation with partner companies is essential. I expect that, thanks to the collaboration of our partners, we will be able to expand opportunities for future growth even in a challenging market environment, and we will achieve joint growth with partners through unprecedented changes and innovations so far."
