Google Cloud announced on the 26th that it shared a representative domestic customer case where generative artificial intelligence (AI) is innovating the industry paradigm.

Google Cloud shared through its blog cases of customers in various industries such as commerce, education, healthcare, travel, and entertainment creating results by utilizing the latest Gemini model and infrastructure.

In the commerce sector, the AI-based commerce transformation (AX) corporation Indent Corporation was introduced for enhancing customer service automation, review analysis, and campaign management through its services "V Review" and "Spray," utilizing the Gemini model. V Review provides customer insights by analyzing text and image reviews based on multimodal functionality and supports brand marketing through AI comment management and AI recommendation keyword features.

Yoon Tae-seok, representative of Indent Corporation, noted, "We were able to dramatically strengthen the AI automation capabilities of V Review with Gemini," adding that the company would enhance collaboration with Google Cloud under the vision of helping individual brands enter the global market.

In the education sector, Masspresso unveiled a case where it introduced the Gemini 1.5 Pro and 2.0 Flash models to its AI learning platform "QANDA," providing real-time personalized educational experiences. The platform recognizes problems based on OCR technology and offers solutions while significantly enhancing response speed.

Lee Yong-jae and Lee Jong-heon, co-representatives of Masspresso, stated, "We will enhance the QANDA AI service that supports personalized learning to provide quality educational opportunities to global users," adding that they would also expand cooperation with Google Cloud.

In the healthcare sector, Kakao Healthcare is seeking to expand services by implementing Gemini 2.0 in its AI-based blood sugar management app "Pasta" and hospital concierge service "Care Chat." The company is also building a medical data platform utilizing Google Cloud's AlloyDB to securely manage hospital data.

Hwang Hee, representative of Kakao Healthcare, stated, "Google Cloud's open model ecosystem provides optimal solutions for various customers," and noted, "We will enhance the value of the healthcare industry through AI technology."

In the travel and leisure sector, Yanolja has forged a data-driven AI partnership with Google Cloud to develop personalized travel services based on generative AI. Through AI grounding technology, it provides more accurate and reliable travel data, and is also pursuing operational efficiency, such as customer communication automation.

Lee Joon-young, head of technology at Yanolja Group, said, "We have built unique AI technology based on global travel data," and added, "We will innovate the travel industry through vertical AI services."

In the media and entertainment sector, NCSOFT's AI technology corporation NC AI is in the process of developing its own language model "VARCO LLM" based on Google Cloud TPU. Optimization of LLM training is being conducted along with advancements utilizing open models such as Gemini and Gemma.

Lee Yeon-soo, representative of NC AI, stated, "We have been leading the adoption of AI in the domestic gaming industry, and we will continue to expand collaboration with Google Cloud to accelerate innovation in the global gaming industry."
