Comprehensive IT service company CJ OliveNetworks announced on the 25th that it will recruit new employees in 7 fields by the deadline of the 3rd of next month, including ▲artificial intelligence (AI) ▲business systems ▲enterprise resource planning (ERP) ▲software engineers ▲infrastructure services ▲security ▲user experience/UI·UX.
The artificial intelligence (AI) engineer role is responsible for providing artificial experience (AX) for customer business through the development of customized large language model (LLM) services and platforms. System and software engineers will participate in the construction of systems for CJ affiliates in the food, distribution, logistics, and entertainment sectors, as well as the development of new platforms, while security engineers will carry out projects that include the design and operation of security architecture in cloud environments.
Individuals holding at least a bachelor's degree or those expected to graduate in Aug. 2025 can apply regardless of their major, with preference given to IT certification holders, app developers, IT patent holders, and competition winners.
The hiring process will proceed in the following order: document screening, job tests (excluding UI/UX), personality tests (CJ CFT), and first and second interviews, with an additional artificial intelligence competency test conducted only for first-round interview candidates. Final successful candidates will be selected after a three-week internship stage following the second interview.
CJ OliveNetworks plans to provide practical hiring information to applicants through campus visits and online recruitment briefings, with the online briefing on the 27th featuring hiring managers and job senior employees directly participating for a Q&A session.
