Roborock, a Chinese home appliance company, recorded the highest sales volume in the global robot vacuum market last year.

According to the '2024 Q4 Global Smart Home Devices Market Quarterly Tracking Report' released by market research firm IDC on the 24th, Roborock ranked first in the global robot vacuum market last year with market shares of 16% and 22.3% based on sales volume and revenue, respectively.

Product shipments increased by 20.7% compared to the previous year. By country, it secured the top spot in the robot vacuum market in South Korea, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, and Turkey.

The company explained that these achievements stemmed from actively expanding its overseas business, particularly in advanced markets with high smart home demand, and maximizing the effects of balanced online and offline distribution network operations and research and development investments.

Roborock recently launched new robot vacuum products 'S9 MaxV Ultra' and 'S9 MaxV Slim' and is accelerating its market penetration.
