On the 20th (local time), Huawei unveiled the flip-type foldable phone "Pura X." The Pura X features a design similar to the Samsung Galaxy Flip or Motorola RAZR, but its aspect ratio is 16:10, resulting in a wider width. A significant difference from other flip-type foldable phones is that the hinge is located on the left when the screen is folded.

The Pura X is the first smartphone equipped with the "Harmony Intelligence" AI assistant based on Huawei's AI model, "Pangu." The operating system runs on Huawei's self-developed Harmony OS Next. Huawei is also developing the AI chip "Ascend." Nvidia Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang noted that Huawei is strengthening its position in the AI sector every year, calling it "the most powerful single tech company in China."

Starting from the 20th, Huawei began selling the Pura X in China, with a price of 7,499 yuan (approximately 1.03 million won).
