On the 17th, LG Uplus announced that it will supply indoor delivery robots to the Cozy Hotel in collaboration with the lodging facility management corporation HS Operation.

HS Operation is a lodging operation specialist corporation operating over 120 hotels nationwide. It is raising the standards of the hotel industry through differentiated operational know-how and digital innovation. LG Uplus plans to expand the implementation of indoor delivery robots to all locations this year, starting with the Incheon Guwol branch of Cozy Hotel.

Cozy Hotel offers differentiated services with designs tailored to the region and customer characteristics, reasonable prices, systematic cleanliness management, and various concept rooms (movie rooms, spa rooms, etc.). It has enhanced customer convenience through contactless check-in, free online video service (OTT) provision, and the introduction of self-made bedding.

The indoor delivery robot is connected by mobile communication and moves in conjunction with the elevators in the hotel, quickly providing room amenities and room service. Customers can enjoy a more convenient and safe staying experience through contactless service, while the hotel can streamline personnel operations and reduce expenses.

LG Uplus plans to expand the distribution of delivery robots beyond the lodging industry to various indoor spaces such as restaurants, offices, and hospitals. The company aims to focus on developing tailored robot services for each business to address customer inconveniences.

Park Jaekang, head of corporate partnerships at LG Uplus, noted, "This collaboration is expected to be an important starting point for the expansion of the indoor delivery robot market," and added, "We will provide differentiated value by utilizing robotic solutions across various industries."
