AX specialist company LG CNS announced on the 13th that it will officially implement new employee recruitment in 2025. This recruitment will be conducted from March 12 to 31, targeting talent in the AX fields such as AI and cloud.
LG CNS will recruit new employees in a total of 8 areas, including ▲AI ▲cloud architecture ▲cloud AM (Application Modernization) ▲DX engineer ▲ERP ▲smart factory ▲smart logistics ▲digital marketing.
The primary recruitment area, the AI position, is responsible for analyzing and verifying the latest AI technologies to design and create AI models that are most suitable for customers' businesses. Cloud architecture involves designing and building efficient and secure cloud systems tailored to customers' businesses. Cloud AM performs the role of transforming and improving existing software to be optimized for cloud environments. The DX engineer enhances customer business value through system construction and new platform development in areas such as digital finance, communication services, and intelligent government.
Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher with IT capabilities or those expected to graduate in August 2025 can apply regardless of their major. However, candidates from engineering disciplines such as computer science, information and communication engineering, industrial engineering, and statistics, as well as those who can demonstrate IT expertise through coding club activities or app development experience, will be given preferential treatment based on their skill level.
The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, coding test (limited to IT positions), practical interview, and final interview. The deadline for document submission is until March 31. Subsequent schedules will be announced along with the results of the document screening. Successful candidates will start working in early July 2025 and will undergo custom IT training for up to 2 months based on their job skills before being assigned to practical work.
