LOTTE Innovate announced on the 12th that it has integrated the reasoning function 'Activate Brain' into its artificial intelligence (AI) service iMember Chat.
This function shows the problem-solving process step-by-step in a monologue format in response to user questions.
In particular, it analyzes the context and details of the question, explaining the reasoning process, the explanation, the basis, and additional ideas to aid user understanding.
The company explained that this could reduce the hallucination phenomenon that can occur in existing AI systems.
