SK Telecom announced on the 10th that it has signed new partnerships with major corporations in South Korea to enhance the benefits of its 'T Membership.' This partnership includes the country's top theme park 'Everland and Caribbean Bay,' the largest coffee franchise 'MegaMGC Coffee,' and the leading bottled water company 'Samdasoo.' As a result, the total number of T Membership's continuous partnership brands has increased to 170.
T Membership members can receive discounts of up to 40% for themselves and up to three accompanying guests at Everland and Caribbean Bay, while MegaMGC Coffee offers a 20% discount for VIP customers and 10% for gold and silver customers. Additionally, through an ESG eco-friendly partnership with Samdasoo, SK Telecom customers can enjoy a 10% discount on label-free bottled water products.
The 'T Day' of T Membership provides various benefits to customers each month, with discounts expected in March at places like Gulpne Chicken, Domino's Pizza, and Shake Shack. Since introducing its membership program in 1997, SK Telecom has been improving customer experience through continuous innovation. Additionally, since 2019, it has been conducting partnership marketing to support small businesses and social enterprises, thereby expanding the social value of its membership.
Yoon Jae-woong, head of marketing strategy at SK Telecom, noted that 'T Membership will establish itself as a program where customers can feel value in their daily lives.'
