Metanet T Platform announced on the 10th that it has obtained the qualification of Advanced Tier Service Partner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The Advanced Tier Partner grade is the second highest among AWS service partner grades, awarded to corporations that provide AWS-certified professionals and excellent customer experiences. Metanet T Platform achieved the previous Select tier in June last year and elevated to the Advanced Tier in just nine months, proving its rapid growth in the AWS institutional sector.
Metanet T Platform successfully completed a project migrating the IT infrastructure of the corporate insurance agency 'GoodRich' to the AWS cloud in a short period, creating the first IDC cloud transition case in the domestic GA industry. Additionally, through collaboration with AWS disaster recovery system (DRS) and Veritas, it improved customer satisfaction by converting the VMware environment of commercial banks to AWS.
Unlike most Managed Service Provider (MSP) corporations that focus solely on managing AWS infrastructure, Metanet T Platform possesses extensive operational and management capabilities from AWS-based security monitoring to infrastructure and third-party solutions. Notably, it is the only company in South Korea that has secured a partnership to provide AWS-based security monitoring services (ECIRA: Enhanced Cloud Incident Response and Automation).
Metanet T Platform plans to provide customized construction and operational support for corporations preparing for AWS transition or facing challenges in operation and management while strengthening collaboration with AWS. It aims to continuously expand the AWS services that corporate clients, particularly in the finance sector such as life insurance and property insurance companies, require.
