"After revealing 'Agentforce' at Dreamforce last September, we secured 5,000 clients within 90 days, of which 3,000 are paid customers."
Son Boo-han, representative of Salesforce Korea, said this while meeting with reporters at the Salesforce office in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 6th. Salesforce's 'Agentforce' is a program that allows client corporations to develop and deploy customized AI agents using low-code.
Salesforce unveiled the new version of Agentforce, 'Agentforce 2DX', at its annual developer conference 'TDX 2025' held in San Francisco, U.S., on the 5th (local time). This comes about three months after the introduction of Agentforce 2 in December. According to the company, 'Agentforce 2DX' is an enhanced version of the existing AI agent platform centered on conversational interfaces, supporting the integration of AI agents with all applications and systems within corporations.
On this day, Kim Geun-myung, a solution engineer, implemented an AI agent that assists customers with shopping directly using 'Agentforce'. According to Salesforce, 'Agentforce' autonomously infers, plans, and performs tasks based on the information and environmental conditions entered by users. Clients can either use the pre-set basic models or fine-tune their own AI models. They can also use their proprietary AI models built with corporate data.
Engineer Kim noted, "In the innovative AI agent market, corporations can quickly achieve business innovation through Salesforce without having to purchase or connect everything manually." He also explained, "When a financial company among the Fortune 500 built its own generative AI consultation center, it took 18 months, but by using Agentforce, the same result was achieved in just 2 weeks."
Representative Son stated, "Through Agentforce 2DX, we will be able to agilely implement and utilize AI agents throughout the entire customer lifecycle," and added, "As a leading digital workspace platform company, we will expand the AI ecosystem."
