Samsung Electronics announced on the 6th that it will launch its entire lineup of new 2025 AI air conditioners, enhanced with the latest artificial intelligence (AI) features, on the 7th.
The new products consist of a total of four models, including the 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery' introduced in February, as well as 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Classic,' 'AI Wind-Free Combo Wall-Mounted,' and 'AI Q9000.'
All new models come equipped with the 'AI Comfort' feature, which switches operation modes based on user patterns, weather, and indoor temperature and humidity information, providing a pleasant environment, as well as the 'AI Energy Saving Mode' that can reduce energy use by up to 30%.
The AI Comfort function also supports a 'Good Sleep' mode, specialized for sleep time. When a user’s sleep is detected through devices such as Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Ring, it provides optimal sleeping temperatures and ceases operation according to the wake-up alarm.
The standing air conditioner provides optimal cooling by considering the area of the space, and when it is necessary to ventilate, it also provides a voice notification for ventilation.
The 'AI Energy Saving' mode, which can be set through the SmartThings app, allows for customized energy-saving measures that can reduce air conditioner energy use by up to 30%.
All models have functionality to detect the absence of individuals in the home, automatically drying the indoor air when absent with 'Absence Dry,' and automatically conserving energy by turning off the air conditioner with 'Absence Energy Saving.'
The AI Wind-Free Combo Wall-Mounted lineup is equipped with a 'Comfort Dehumidification' feature, introduced for the first time this year. This feature maintains a healthy humidity level of 40-60% by adjusting temperature and humidity to prevent dryness of the skin and respiratory system.
Some models of the Bespoke AI Wind-Free Classic air conditioner lineup incorporate the AI assistant 'Bixby,' allowing various functions such as mode switching, scheduling, and weather-based sensing and operation selection to be controlled by voice.
Samsung Electronics will run a 'Wind-Free, Winless' launch promotion until the end of this month to celebrate the release of the new products. The entire lineup of Samsung Electronics 2025 AI air conditioners can be purchased through the 'Samsung AI Subscription Club.'
