KT Alpha Shopping announced on the 6th that it has introduced a Kakao chatbot service. This service allows customers to order products being broadcasted through KakaoTalk and offers various customer services, such as order cancellation, returns, and exchanges. Additionally, one-on-one consultations are available through the real-time chat counseling feature called "Consultation Talk."

Through the introduction of this chatbot, KT Alpha Shopping aimed to strengthen communication with customers and expand touchpoints with customers by increasing accessibility to product information. This service, based on KakaoTalk, helps customers use home shopping services more easily.

To celebrate the launch of the service, KT Alpha Shopping is running a promotion where customers who order products through the KakaoTalk chatbot by the 31st will receive 10% of the payment amount as reward points. In addition, similar to the mobile application, a 5% card billing discount benefit is also provided.
