Genians has appointed a chief artificial intelligence officer (CAIO) to strengthen the development of security software using artificial intelligence (AI) technology and is recruiting a product manager to lead AI transformation at its U.S. subsidiary.
Genians is pursuing 'AI transformation' to establish its AI strategy and transition its products, organization, and processes to be AI-based. To this end, it has appointed a chief artificial intelligence officer to oversee the strategy and operations related to AI implementation.
The U.S. subsidiary is recruiting a product manager responsible for developing AI-based security solutions. Key responsibilities include ▲ developing the product roadmap for NAC (Network Access Control), ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), ▲ AI-based threat detection and automated policy application, ▲ developing AI security features in collaboration with AI engineers, software developers, and security experts.
Qualifications include understanding of AI, data science, cybersecurity, cloud-based SaaS, data analysis and problem-solving skills, and coding abilities, including Python. Both experienced professionals and junior engineers and interns can apply, with the workplace located in Silicon Valley, U.S.
The selection process consists of two stages: document screening and interviews, with applications accepted until March 23.
Genians has developed NAC (Network Access Control) security solutions and released EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response), an endpoint security product incorporating machine learning (ML) and AI technology. In 2022, it introduced 'Genius ZTNA' to expand zero trust network security.
Kim Gye-yeon, chief technology officer (CTO) and head of the U.S. subsidiary of Genians, noted, 'We plan to use AI technology to enhance the precision of our security solutions and expand our research and development capabilities.'
Meanwhile, Genians established its U.S. subsidiary in 2016 and plans to open a Middle East office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this October. Additionally, it is on the verge of officially opening a global customer support center in Bangalore, India.
