Jang Deok-hyun, CEO of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, purchased approximately 270 million won worth of company shares.
According to the electronic disclosure system of the Financial Supervisory Service on the 5th, Jang bought 2,000 shares of company stock on that day. The amount is worth 271.2 million won. Samsung Electro-Mechanics explained that Jang's recent purchase of company shares is part of responsible management and enhancing shareholder value.
Jang had previously bought 2,000 shares each in 2022 and 2023. With this new acquisition, he now holds a total of 6,000 shares.
Executives of Samsung Electro-Mechanics bought company shares. Kim Sung-jin, vice president and head of the management support office, and Choi Jae-yeol, vice president and head of the component business division, each purchased 1,000 and 1,006 shares, respectively. Kim Eung-soo, vice president and head of the package solution business division, acquired a total of 1,000 shares through two transactions last month, buying 500 shares each time.
