The personal mobility sharing service corporation Beam Mobility announced on the 25th that it will provide its electric scooter sharing service to the K-MaaS platform 'Supermove,' organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Metropolitan Transport Commission.

Supermove is the service platform for the K-MaaS pilot project, which is a unified transportation service in South Korea promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. It is characterized by allowing users to integrally utilize major transportation modes, including railways, aviation, subways, buses, and PM, which is recognized as essential public transportation for modern individuals.

Users can search for optimal travel routes that include all major transport and have the capability for real-time transportation inquiries, reservations, and payment functionalities. It is expected that this integrated service will support a dense transportation network from metropolitan areas to the capital region and local areas.

Beam Mobility plans to provide electric scooter lending services through the Supermove application (app) starting today. Through this, Supermove users can easily rent and pay for Beam Mobility electric scooters within the app without separate membership registration. The app also allows users to check the nearest available electric scooters in real time and gain advance insights into key information such as battery levels and available driving distances.
