KT announced on the 23rd that it successfully held a job fair for the employment support of the 6th cohort of students at the KT AIVLE School at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Major corporations within the KT Group, including KT, BC Card, KT Cloud, KT DS, and Nasmedia, as well as prominent startups in South Korea and KT partner company Marssis (a global set-top box manufacturer), participated in the event and conducted hiring consultations targeting the excellent AI practical talent nurtured by the KT AIVLE School.
Over 400 students from the 6th cohort of the KT AIVLE School had the opportunity to meet with HR representatives and current employees from various corporations to freely ask questions.
Despite the contraction of the job market due to economic downturns, graduates from the AIVLE School are being hired by over 500 corporations. They are playing a key role in leading digital transformation across various job sectors, including AI development, data analysis, IT operations, marketing, sales, finance, and planning. They have successfully secured employment regardless of their region or major and have adapted quickly to practical processes within the companies, demonstrating excellent communication skills, earning evaluations as 'new hires like experienced personnel.'
Looking ahead, as demand for developers and consultants with considerable practical experience and teamwork skills is expected to increase, the AIVLE School plans to enhance the employability of its students by running a curriculum centered around intensive AI education and various practical project execution courses.
