INNOGRID announced on the 20th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding for 'Software as a Service (SaaS) digital transformation' with the expense management solution corporation BizPlay. The signing ceremony was held at BizPlay's headquarters on the 19th, attended by key officials including INNOGRID CEO Kim Myung-jin and BizPlay CEO Kim Hong-ki.
This agreement was made to foster co-growth by expanding the SaaS business in public and private markets based on INNOGRID's cloud transformation capabilities and BizPlay's SaaS solutions.

INNOGRID plans to prioritize reviewing and applying BizPlay solutions for cloud transformation consulting and ISP projects, leveraging its own infrastructure to expand BizPlay solutions, enhance data utilization, and develop new business initiatives. BizPlay is expected to accelerate cloud-based digital transformation in collaboration with INNOGRID and sees this as an opportunity to widely disseminate bzp expense management and bzp travel management solutions in public and private markets.
