On the 19th, Google Cloud announced that it is partnering with Yanolja for a data-driven artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration to enhance AI specialization in the travel industry and facilitate a company-wide AI transformation.
The two companies will pursue the following through this collaboration: ▲ development of customer service based on AI agents ▲ introduction of company-wide generative AI ▲ innovation in employee productivity. To this end, Google Cloud will support AI-optimized infrastructure and generative AI technologies such as Gemini, while Yanolja plans to expand a differentiated travel AI ecosystem by linking it with vertical AI.
The Google Cloud AI agent is a technology that supports real-time data analysis and automated decision-making, and Yanolja plans to integrate this with its own travel data to provide personalized travel experiences and enhance operational efficiency for travel businesses.
Lee Jun-young, head of technology at Yanolja Group, noted, 'We will enhance AI technology in collaboration with Google Cloud and introduce innovative vertical AI services.'
Karan Bajaj, head of Google Cloud for the Asia-Pacific region, stated, 'By integrating Yanolja's data and AI capabilities with Google Cloud's solutions, we will innovate the global travel market.'
