KT announced that it will conduct the 'KT High Order 2025 Customer Appreciation Festival' from Feb. 19 to Mar. 31 to comfort small business owners struggling due to the economic downturn. High Order is a table order service where customers place orders directly from their tablets at their tables.

The KT High Order 2025 Customer Appreciation Festival consists of three events. First, KT will draw 2,025 winners from customers who answer the High Order brand quiz found on the KT official website and the MyKT app event page and provide them with a 2,000 won Naver Pay point. This event is open to everyone.

Second, KT will draw 500 customers who have received High Order consultations on the KT official website and gift them ice cream cakes. Additionally, 100 customers who opened High Order after consultation will be selected to receive a gift certificate worth 200,000 won from Shinsegae, while 10 selected customers will receive 1 don of gold.

Third, KT will host a referral event for existing High Order users. When a small business owner using High Order recommends a store that opens High Order, both the referrer and the referred will receive a gift certificate worth 200,000 won each. Winners of all events will be notified individually in May.

In addition to the events, KT will conduct a 'Review Note' partnership promotion for small business owners who want to promote their stores but find the expenses burdensome. 'Review Note' is a marketing agency for self-employed individuals. KT membership VIP customers can use five free Review Note trial opportunities each month through VIP Choice, regardless of whether they have enrolled in High Order. Customers who open High Order will receive a 30% discount on the Place Package and a benefit of 20 free blog trial opportunities.

High Order is receiving positive feedback among small business owners for its benefits, including cost reduction, addressing labor shortages, efficient store management, revenue increase, as well as differentiated communication stability and customer support services provided by the telecommunications company.

Kang Yi-hwan, executive director of KT's Small Business Division, noted, "Thanks to the support you showed for High Order in 2024, it has quickly established itself in the market" and added, "We plan to conduct various events and partnership promotions to reduce small business customers' expenses and increase their revenue."
