NHN's parking solution subsidiary "iPARKING" noted on the 19th that it will shift its key product to "365 Cloud" this year and aims to achieve sales of 100 billion won.
iPARKING changed its previous name from "Parking Cloud" to "iPARKING" through an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held in December last year.
iPARKING is currently operating and managing over 8,800 parking sites nationwide and is proceeding with an average of 160 new contracts for parking lots each month, stating that the daily entry and exit volume reaches 1.6 million vehicles.
In particular, iPARKING announced that it has developed and established a production system for its own rapidly growing cloud-based unmanned parking system.
The 365 Cloud, which iPARKING is promoting as its key product this year, is a next-generation parking management system developed over three years with more than 10 billion won invested in research and development through collaboration between the iPARKING Research Center and NHN IoT Business Division.
iPARKING announced that it aims to surpass a total corporate revenue of 100 billion won this year by leveraging its core strengths in brand value, technological capabilities, and service quality.
Ha Tae-nyeon, CEO of iPARKING and head of NHN IoT Business Division, stated, "The 365 Cloud was born by thoroughly identifying key issues in existing parking management systems and carefully reflecting the opinions of client companies."
He added, "As the leading company in the domestic parking control market, we will accelerate innovation in the industry and further strengthen our market dominance based on the 365 Cloud this year."
