LOTTE Innovate announced on the 19th that some services of its platform "SMARTLLION" have acquired ISMS-P (Information Security Management System-Privacy) to enhance customer information security trust.
ISMS-P is a system certified by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) based on joint notification standards from the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Personal Information Protection Commission.
"SMARTLLION" is a big data and artificial intelligence (AI) platform that combines and analyzes various external data, including internal data from corporations, public, private, and social (SNS) data.
The marketplace and website member services of "SMARTLLION" have obtained ISMS-P certification, while other service areas have acquired ISMS certification.
A representative of LOTTE Innovate noted, "SMARTLLION customers will be able to conduct transactions and utilize analysis services in a safer environment, as we have enhanced the managerial and technical security levels."
He added, "We will continue to invest in security and expand our infrastructure to provide better service quality and do our best to protect customer information."
