LG CNS announced on the 17th that it will lead the AX market by hiring an artificial intelligence (AI) consulting expert from a global consulting group. The strategy is to secure global-level AI consulting capabilities and accelerate its AI-based customer service business.
Recently, LG CNS recruited Min Se-hoon, a former partner at Bain & Company, to lead the consulting organization Entrue. Entrue Consulting is the IT consulting organization that LG CNS established in 1991 as the first in the industry.
Min, after graduating from Seoul National University School of Law and completing an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, has worked for 23 years at Bain & Company, Deloitte Consulting, and Monitor Group, leading customer corporations' AX (AI transformation) based on AI technology. He has successfully performed AX consulting across various industries, including automotive, telecommunications, retail, and finance, and has experience in establishing AI and data organizations to grow into major divisions.
Min will lead Entrue Consulting and will be responsible for discovering and commercializing clients' AX needs.
Earlier, LG CNS had hired Jin Yo-han, a former executive from the U.S. mobile advertising platform corporation Tapjoy, as the head of its AI center last November.
