It appears that KRAFTON is considering a policy to provide up to 100 million won in childbirth incentives to employees who give birth.

According to the gaming industry on the 17th, KRAFTON is reviewing a childbirth incentive policy that provides a one-time payment of 60 million won to employees who give birth, followed by an annual payment of 5 million won over the next eight years, totaling 100 million won.

KRAFTON is expected to finalize the specific payment method soon and notify the employees internally.

This welfare benefit is said to have been led by KRAFTON founder Byung-kyu Jang, who previously served as the Chairperson of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Commission.

KRAFTON recorded its highest performance since its establishment with 2.7098 trillion won in revenue and 1.1825 trillion won in operating profit last year.

A KRAFTON official noted, "This matter is currently under review, and specific details will be announced later."
