Sejong Networks announced on the 17th that it has registered its 'AI Callbot' solution on the Naver Cloud Platform marketplace and is seeking to procure solutions for customers pursuing the transition to AI contact centers.
The Naver Cloud Platform marketplace is the largest platform in South Korea, allowing users to easily search, compare, and use various cloud solutions that have been verified in the market.
Sejong Networks' 'AI Callbot' solution is a service where an artificial intelligence (AI) voice bot replaces the call consultation duties of contact center agents, combining communication infrastructure, AI engines, and cloud-based web into an all-in-one platform. It is characterized by maximized stability and efficiency. It supports high voice recognition rates and sophisticated data analysis by incorporating Sejong Networks' intelligent network interactive voice response (IVR), voice primary rate interface (PRI), as well as Naver Clova AI.
The administrator site built on a cloud-based web provides integrated support for registering call recipients, selecting scenarios, setting call time periods, and scheduling dispatches, thereby enhancing work productivity. Additionally, it offers optimized additional functions for phone consultation tasks, such as setting call outbound frequency based on client campaign scenarios and retry count settings.
Sejong Networks' 'AI Callbot' solution allows the use of AI callbot services without the need to develop or construct a separate system, receiving significant interest not only from small and medium-sized enterprises that faced relatively high entry barriers but also from public institutions and financial companies.
Sejong Networks is also continuously updating its services to enhance usability. During customer inquiries or when providing specific information, it enables two-way communication that listens to the response of the call recipient instead of one-way delivery, allowing for appropriate answers to be delivered.
