Apple is expected to unveil the mid-range smartphone iPhone SE 4th generation on the 19th (local time). This will be the first new product in three years since the launch of the iPhone SE 3rd generation in 2022, with a high likelihood of including artificial intelligence (AI) features called "Apple Intelligence."
Tim Cook, Apple CEO, posted on the 13th on his X (formerly Twitter) account a message saying, "Get ready to meet a new family on February 19," along with a teaser video featuring a metallic Apple logo. Although he did not specify the product name, the industry interprets it as an announcement for the iPhone SE 4th generation.
The iPhone SE is part of the mid-range lineup, offering somewhat lower performance but maintaining solid demand due to its small size and reasonable price. The iPhone SE 4th generation is expected to feature a design similar to the iPhone 14, with the home button eliminated and a larger display. Additionally, there are possibilities that it will be equipped with the A18 chipset used in the iPhone 16 series and a modem developed in-house by Apple.
