Samsung Electronics noted on the 11th that it was selected as the top brand in the refrigerator institutional sector in Newsweek's recent announcement of 'the most trusted brands in the UK for 2025.'
Newsweek, in collaboration with market research firm BrandSpark, conducted an in-depth survey of over 17,000 British consumers to identify trusted brands in key retail institutional sectors.
Newsweek explained that the ranking was determined 100% through votes from actual purchasers, noting that brand trust was comprehensively reflected in quality, as well as the ethical values of corporations, reasonable prices, and customer service.
Additionally, Samsung Electronics' 'Bespoke AI Family Hub' refrigerator received top marks in 'the best refrigerator' announced by the British home appliance publication Good Housekeeping. Good Housekeeping praised the Bespoke AI Family Hub, stating, "There is no more advanced refrigerator than this," and awarded it a score of 90 out of 100.
Samsung Electronics' refrigerators also received the 'Royal Warrant' certification from the British royal family last December. The Royal Warrant is an official certification granted by the British royal family to companies that have supplied products and services for more than five years.
Since 2015, Samsung Electronics has been designated as the refrigerator supplier to the British royal family, providing a variety of products such as washing machines, dishwashers, and air dressers.
Samsung Electronics plans to enhance product trustworthiness through its refrigerator lineup equipped with AI features, including the 'Bespoke AI Family Hub' and 'Bespoke AI Hybrid' refrigerators this year.
Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics' TVs and TV soundbars also topped their respective institutional sectors in Newsweek's announcement of 'the most trusted brands in the UK for 2025.'
