INNOGRID announced on the 10th that it held the '2025 INNOGRID Leaders Day.'
This year's Leaders Day was conducted to share the company's blueprint for the next five years, titled 'INNOGRID Vision 2029 Plus,' and to introduce the management strategy for this year. In particular, this year, group president Jeong Myeong-cheol of the Etiverse Group and other key executives attended due to the joining of the Etiverse Group.
CEO Kim Myung-jin presented a blueprint for a five-year plan under the theme 'Global Leap Through the Power of AI and Cloud.' Kim noted that the company aims to become a leading cloud corporation with AI cloud technology and expertise.
To this end, three management policies were established: innovative growth based on AI cloud, realization of shared value creation, and securing leadership based on cloud technology. Specifically, the plan is to achieve membership in the 100 billion won club by 2029, secure 1,000 clients through customer-centric business, develop a globally oriented hybrid AI Cloud Management Platform (CMP), lay the groundwork for profitable technology-specialty listing among cloud corporations, expand cloud data center operations, operate a SaaS Managed Service Provider Task Force, establish INNOGRID 3.0 technology stack, and expand AI cloud solutions and service lineup.
CEO Kim Myung-jin said, 'Under this year's slogan, "Cloud leader proven by technology, INNOGRID," we will do our best to become the number one company in the domestic cloud construction solution market.' He also noted, 'In the AI cloud infrastructure business, we will open new horizons by collaborating with our group companies.'
Subsequently, there was a time to reflect on last year's achievements and to share this year's goals and operating plans by each department. Particularly, since the declaration of the year of cloud and recent organizational restructuring, insights were provided in detail about the roles and visions of each of the 15 divisions.
Son Seong-sik, executive director of the Hybrid Business Division, presented the goal of transforming into a prepared 'Hybrid Cloud Managed Service Provider (MSP) expert' organization that provides customers with the flexibility and stability of the cloud, moving away from simple MSP services. To achieve this, the plan includes developing specialized business strategies for each Cloud Service Provider (CSP), enhancing SaaS MSP model, introducing observability capable of providing analytical data, and developing differentiated services through its own full-stack solution for hybrid CMP business models.
