LOTTE Innovate announced on the 7th that it will begin external business for its self-developed generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform 'iMember.'
'iMember' has built a diverse lineup of proprietary foundation models to learn from corporations' internal information, providing a high-performance and secure private AI service. Enhancing features suitable for tasks such as ▲document translation and summarization ▲code generation ▲custom chatbot ▲automatic meeting minutes generation, 'iMember' is being used across LOTTE's various subsidiaries in retail, chemicals, food, and hospitality sectors.
LOTTE Innovate has reduced corporations' security concerns by applying its proprietary security algorithms while providing a variety of services, effectively preventing the ongoing issue of internal information leaks.
LOTTE Innovate introduced 'iMember' in December last year as a SaaS (Software as a Service) that enables external services, allowing not only LOTTE Group but also other corporations to utilize 'iMember's' excellent features. Recently, it has been providing services under a contract with the integrated IT solutions company 'Etivers.' LOTTE Innovate plans to expand its business in the future, targeting the financial and institutional sector.
Meanwhile, 'iMember' is expected to unveil a new feature for generating AI reports in February. This feature will automatically search for necessary information when users enter only the topic, providing everything from drafting documents to generating tables of contents and cover images, as well as AI-based editing. This will significantly reduce unnecessary document preparation time, enhancing work productivity.
