Bespin Global announced on the 5th that it has developed the AI solution 'MSP Copilot' for automating cloud operations management, marking the first of its kind in South Korea, and achieved successful results through in-house application. The 'MSP Copilot' is scheduled for official release in the second half of this year.
Cloud operations management tasks are primarily performed manually, leading to significant time consumption and a high likelihood of human error due to the complexity of resources. In response, Bespin Global has been pursuing the development and utilization of the AI solution 'MSP Copilot' for cloud operations management, aiming for automation and standardization of cloud tasks, resource optimization based on AI, reduction of operating expenses, and improved work efficiency through automation of repetitive tasks.
'MSP Copilot' is an AI solution that automates cloud operations management. By combining 10 years of accumulated MSP expertise and AI technology, Bespin Global automates the cloud operation process and provides optimized workflows and standardized templates. It automates cloud expense and resource management, allowing for real-time monitoring, and can be easily utilized by anyone—even those without MSP expertise—through an AI agent that supports natural language input. It supports flexible integration with existing systems along with one-click installation.
To accelerate development speed and verify its effectiveness, Bespin Global introduced 'MSP Copilot' into actual operations such as technical inquiries, security responses, reporting, fault analysis, change management, expense inquiries, and monitoring in the second half of last year. Within two months of its official introduction, 41% of tasks were automated by AI, resulting in over a 70% increase in productivity in the cloud operations management team.
With the automation of repeated tasks, work processing efficiency increased by 90%, and the speed of compliance response and access management improved to about twice the previous level. Notably, the one-click 10-minute report generation feature reduced the workload of engineers by approximately 3,000 hours annually that was previously spent on report writing.
Lee Jun-tae, the Deputy Minister of the AIOps division who oversaw this project, noted, "Cloud MSP and AI are areas that require high levels of expertise. Bespin Global has successfully developed the true AI MSP solution, the first of its kind in the country, by combining MSP experience and AI technological capability."
