CJ Olive Networks announced on the 6th that it has launched a membership partnership service in collaboration with NOL Universe, which operates the Yanolja platform, to enhance benefits for members of both companies.
CJ Olive Networks, which operates the domestic leading membership service CJ ONE, signed a strategic memorandum of understanding in December last year to promote service partnerships with the Yanolja platform. This partnership service is designed to provide differentiated customer experiences for CJ ONE and Yanolja platform members as part of the previous memorandum of understanding.
From today, CJ ONE members can earn NOL points in addition to their CJ ONE points when they accumulate points at offline stores of CJ brands such as Tous Les Jours, Olive Young, and CGV. The maximum additional accumulated points per transaction is 1,000 points, and the additional NOL points can be used on the Yanolja platform after requesting point conversion through the CJ ONE app.
CJ ONE points can also be used on the Yanolja platform for domestic accommodations such as hotels and guest houses, as well as for overseas hotels, leisure activities, and train and express bus reservations. In particular, 0.1% of the total payment made through the Yanolja platform is accumulated as CJ ONE points, allowing the use of a membership service that connects lifestyle and leisure. Additionally, Yanolja platform has been added to CJ ONE's B2B service, Point Voucher, enabling both individual and corporation customers to use CJ ONE points on the Yanolja platform.
The two companies plan to collaborate further to ensure that members can enjoy more benefits, starting with joint online and offline promotions as part of this service launch.
Kim Dae-sung, who oversees CJ ONE at CJ Olive Networks, noted, "With the cooperation agreement between the two companies, the strengths of CJ ONE in lifestyle and the strengths of the Yanolja platform in leisure have met, enhancing convenience for members and allowing them to earn more points. We will spare no effort in supporting various initiatives so that CJ ONE can leap forward as a super app."
