Pearl Abyss conducted a major update to the ocean barter content of 'Black Desert' on 5th.

Barter is content that allows adventurers enjoying sailing in the ocean of Black Desert to earn revenue by delivering trade goods. With this update, adventurers can move the goods obtained through barter to storage at the dock at once and can input the sale quantity directly when selling items, making transactions more convenient. Additionally, improvements have been made to allow continuous use of the function that shortens the waiting time for updates to the list of barter items.

Revenue has also been adjusted. The selling prices of 5th-grade trade goods, such as ▲Cox Pirates' Journal and ▲Colorful Coral Ornament, have been increased to a maximum of 10 million silver, and the amount of 'Crow Coins' that can be obtained during exchange has also increased.

Rewards for ocean hunting grounds have also been expanded. Defeating 'Sea Alligators' will yield 'Ocean Beasts' Insignia' and 'Ferocious Ocean Beasts' Insignia' at 3.5 times the usual amount, and ▲Golden Coral Stone and ▲Refined Pearl Necklace can also be obtained in greater quantities than before. Additionally, the contribution experience points, sailing experience points, and Wind's Source provided as rewards for some quests conducted in the ocean have been increased.

A new sea stone, 'Lusalka Sea Stone,' has been added. It has higher speed, acceleration, and durability compared to the existing 'Margoria Sea Stone,' allowing for smoother sailing.

Meanwhile, the event area 'Wudangtangtangkungtang Snowflake Snowfield,' where snowboarding was available, will be closed. However, the snowboarding course will remain open, and new courses are planned to be added in the future.
