On the 22nd, artificial intelligence (AI) avatar startup Good Gang Labs announced that it will showcase its first flagship store, GGLS, in the Serosu-gil area of Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, Seoul.
The GGLS store by Good Gang Labs is located in the heart of Serosu-gil, providing both domestic and international visitors with easy and enjoyable AI avatar experiences. The store kiosks feature technologies such as the Small Language Model (SLM), speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and Function Call developed by Good Gang Labs.
In particular, the SLM is optimized for conversations in specific areas, quickly identifying visitors' preferences and providing personalized recommendations. This is expected to enhance the personalized shopping experience in line with the fashion and lifestyle trends of Serosu-gil.
GGLS plans to fully open to general customers in February, allowing visitors to enjoy the world's first offline shopping experience where they can order and consult with the AI avatar through real-time voice conversations and purchase actual products.
