HANSSAK announced on the 20th that it has carried out a major overhaul of its personnel system to strengthen organizational culture innovation and management focused on expertise. This revision is aimed at swiftly responding to the rapidly changing business environment and establishing a flexible and horizontal organizational culture.
The newly introduced personnel system consists of ▲simplification of the rank system ▲performance-based evaluation ▲Fast-Track promotion system ▲talent development-oriented personnel system. Through this, the company plans to create an environment where employees can grow rapidly based on expertise and performance, while promoting sustainable organizational development.
HANSSAK abolished the existing five-tier rank of 'Employee-Assistant Manager-Director-Vice Director-Director General' and unified the titles below the management level to 'Pro.' The management level was restructured to a 'position-based system' with roles and responsibilities clearly established according to job duties. This aims to enhance quick decision-making and a fair evaluation system.
Through this restructuring, HANSSAK aims to strengthen project-based horizontal operations, enhance inter-departmental collaboration, and build an organizational culture that respects creativity and autonomy. In particular, the plan is to harness various ideas and individuality centered around Generation MZ as a driving force for organizational growth. Additionally, in line with an aging society, the company will introduce a 'wage peak system' to provide opportunities for skilled employees to contribute even after retirement.
Lee Ju-do, CEO of HANSSAK, noted, 'This personnel reorganization is a critical turning point for sustainable growth,' adding, 'We will lead innovations in AI and security technologies through flexible organizational operations based on expertise, and grow into a competitive corporation in the global market.'
