NHN announced on the 17th that it will conduct a global TES test for 'Darkest Days' on the 25th of next month.
'Darkest Days', which NHN plans to release within this year, is an open-world shooting role-playing game (RPG) based on a zombie apocalypse setting. It is the first self-developed title released by NHN in 16 years since C9 launched in 2009.
'Darkest Days' is a game that allows players to freely explore and survive in a devastated world overrun by zombies through various firearms, melee weapons, and action to overcome obstacles. It offers a variety of content that can be enjoyed step by step, from beginners to users who have reached the highest level.
NHN will conduct a TES test for the PC and mobile versions of Darkest Days from the 25th of next month to March 4. A brand site announcing the global test has also been launched. NHN noted that it has improved Darkest Days by reflecting user feedback obtained through a closed beta test conducted last year.
Kim Sang-ho, head of NHN's game business division, said, 'Since this is the first test to introduce PC and mobile crossplay to users worldwide without any scale restrictions, we expect to receive even more diverse feedback that can be incorporated before the release.'
He further stated, 'The main content evaluated as the strengths of Darkest Days has been enhanced, and areas that were lacking have been boldly improved, so we are confident in the positive response from users.'
