GCOO, the top personal mobility (PM) sharing service in Korea, announced on the 14th that it recently hosted a customer story contest under the name "Green Mailbox."

The event, aimed at gathering experiences from GCOO users, received hundreds of entries. The judging was based on originality, authenticity, and the richness of the content, with a total of 59 entries selected as winners.

The grand prize was awarded to chauffeur Jeong Gil-woong. Jeong shared an experience of overcoming a crisis when he first used GCOO in a fishing village at 1 a.m. after public transport had stopped, mentioning that he regretted not having taken GCOO earlier. He stated that since then, he has used GCOO for every midnight driving job, and it has become more than just public transport for him.

Stories from customers who overcame crises also caught attention. Lee Kwang-seop, who had forgotten his presentation file at home just before an annual transaction, successfully returned home in 15 minutes using GCOO and secured the contract. Additionally, student Shin Yeon-woo, who had confused the bus on the day of the university entrance exam, was able to arrive at the testing center quickly thanks to GCOO and completed the exam safely.

Other stories included Gyu-ryeom Goo correcting an attendance check error by using GCOO records, and Hyun-kyu Kim saving 15 minutes on his commute from Cheonan to Hwaseong. These stories demonstrated how GCOO has become a companion for customers in their daily lives. GCOO plans to produce videos featuring some of the entries from the Green Mailbox contest and share them with other customers.

Lee Ho-jin, an executive at Gbike, noted, "Through the Green Mailbox story contest, we gained a deeper understanding of what GCOO means to our customers," adding, "We will continue to strive to provide convenient mobility solutions beyond the limitations of walking."
