AhnLab announced on the 9th that it has consecutively obtained certifications in key global security product evaluations for 2024.
AhnLab participated in the 'MITRE ATT&CK Evaluation - Enterprise institutional sector Round 6' conducted by the U.S. non-profit research and development organization MITRE last year in the 'Detection' institutional sector.
In that evaluation, AhnLab's ▲ Next-Generation Endpoint Detection and Response Solution 'AhnLab EDR' ▲ Endpoint Security Platform 'AhnLab EPP' ▲ SaaS-based Security Threat Analysis Platform 'AhnLab XDR' detected and analyzed 56 out of 59 attack substeps.
AhnLab recorded perfect scores in the Android antivirus evaluation of 'AV-TEST,' conducted by Germany's AV-TEST Institute, using its smartphone security solution V3 Mobile Security.
AhnLab explained that it also achieved top rankings in AV-TEST's Windows PC antivirus evaluation last year. AhnLab participated in the Windows antivirus evaluations for 'home users' and 'business users' with its V3 products in February, June, and October 2024. AhnLab said it obtained perfect overall scores in all tests and was selected as a 'Top Product,' indicating a high-ranking product.
AhnLab's V3 also participated twice (in the first and third quarters) in the 'VB100' evaluation of the U.K. antivirus evaluation body Virus Bulletin in 2024. AhnLab V3 detected over 99% of malware samples in that evaluation and received certification.
