Samsung SDS announced that it showcased generative artificial intelligence (AI) services optimized for corporate work at the world's largest information technology (IT) electronics exhibition, CES 2025, held in Las Vegas, USA, from Jan. 7 to 10.
Samsung SDS prepared a dedicated exhibition room to introduce ▲collaboration solution Brity Copilot ▲generative AI platform FabriX ▲workflow automation solution Brity Automation, allowing customers to experience various scenarios for applying generative AI in real work.
Brity Copilot is a service that integrates generative AI with collaboration tools such as email, messenger, and video conferencing, and since its launch in 2024, it has been used by more than 180,000 people in various industries, including finance, manufacturing, and construction. At this CES, it introduced the world's first conference service capable of simultaneous interpretation in more than three languages. It processes real-time subtitles in ten languages, including Korean, English, and Chinese, and supports translations in a total of 15 languages, providing a meeting environment without language barriers.
Additionally, Brity Copilot can automatically handle tasks using the user's emails and documents without commands through its Personal Agent feature. During the exhibition, a demonstration was conducted where the Personal Agent automatically processed schedule inquiries and data searches.
FabriX is a generative AI platform that safely connects corporations' data and large language models (LLMs) to enhance work productivity. Utilizing a multi-agent function, it automates complex tasks such as market trend research, sales volume analysis, revenue estimation, and promotion strategy development, introducing an innovation that completes report drafts in five minutes.
FabriX encrypts conversations and data histories that occur during the use of generative AI to protect company confidentiality, and it is currently used by approximately 100,000 users across over 70 corporations domestically and internationally.
Samsung SDS unveiled cases of hyperautomation through Brity Automation, which combines robotic process automation (RPA) with generative AI to automate everything from simple repetitive tasks to complex work processes. Notably, in the demonstration of 'monitoring foreign national laws,' it showcased an example of reducing a task that previously took 12 weeks to just one week.
Brity Automation has recorded a 60% market share in Korea and is currently used by over 310 corporations in the public, finance, and manufacturing sectors. It is the only domestic workflow automation solution listed in the Gartner Magic Quadrant report for five consecutive years since 2020.
Lee Jun-hee, president of Samsung SDS, noted, 'We will support our clients' hyperautomation innovation through the generative AI services showcased at CES 2025.'
