LG Innotek is participating in the world's largest consumer electronics and IT exhibition, 'CES 2025,' held in Las Vegas, USA, from April 7, showcasing future mobility products.

LG Innotek unveiled its CES 2025 exhibition booth during a pre-show tour on April 6. The booth is set up at the entrance of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) West Hall, covering an area of 100 pyeong.

This year, LG Innotek planned the exhibition with a solo theme around mobility. At the center of the booth, LG Innotek installed a mockup of a future vehicle and highlighted 15 different types of components in its core business areas, including vehicle sensing, communication, and lighting.

At this exhibition, LG Innotek will showcase numerous products that will lead the sensing component business for autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

A notable product making its debut at CES 2025 is the 'high-performance in-cabin camera module.' This high-resolution camera module is equipped with a 5-megapixel RGB-IR (infrared) sensor and detects the driver's condition in real time to prevent drowsy driving. A single compact camera module is capable of monitoring the seatbelt usage of both the passenger and second-row occupants, enhancing the product's spatial utility and design freedom for customers.

Alongside this, the 'all-weather camera solution,' which adds a dust-cleaning function to the existing 'high-performance heating camera module,' will also be unveiled at CES 2025.

LG Innotek will also showcase vehicle communication components incorporating wireless communication core technology. Representative products include the '5G-V2X communication module,' the next-generation digital key solution combined with UWB RAY technology, and the recently added 'vehicle AP module' to LG Innotek's electronic component portfolio.

With the advent of the software-defined vehicle (SDV) era, the demand for vehicle AP modules, which integrate control of automotive electronic systems like ADAS and digital cockpits, is increasing. These modules act as the brain of the vehicle, similar to a computer's CPU.

Additionally, LG Innotek's differentiated vehicle lighting technology, such as the vehicle lighting module 'Nexslide A+' which won the CES 2025 Innovation Award, will be exhibited in a specially created Nexslide zone alongside vehicle mockups.

Among these, the new product 'Nexslide Vision' combines smart film technology with existing pixel lighting that allows various text and animation effects. It can implement not only pixels but also surfaces and lines simultaneously, enabling diverse expressions.

In addition, products such as the 'wireless battery management system (BMS)' and 'battery junction box (BJB)' which are gaining attention as essential components for electric vehicles and combine for the first time in the world as 'B-Link' will also be showcased. This product maximizes customer convenience with efficient battery pack spatial utilization through miniaturization design technology and compatibility with both 400V and 800V chargers.

CEO Moon Hyuk-soo noted, 'We expect to secure new customers and business opportunities through CES 2025,' adding, 'We will further solidify our position as a total solution provider for future mobility.'
