EastAid announced on the 26th that it has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-based real-time information trend analysis service called 'AI Issue Trend' on the portal ZUM.

AI Issue Trend is a service that integrates AI technology into the existing real-time search service, analyzing data collected from various environments such as news, blogs, communities, and various bulletin boards to help users grasp issue trends at a glance.

In particular, significantly improving issues such as opinion manipulation and the spread of fake news that occurred in the past real-time search service is a key feature of this service, allowing users of the portal ZUM to quickly check the latest issues through AI Issue Trend.

This service maximizes usability in mobile environments. When accessing the portal ZUM on mobile, users can immediately see 'AI Issue Trend,' which has been prominently displayed. It is designed with a more intuitive and simplified interface to rapidly check real-time issues.

AI Issue Trend is the second AI service following the 'AI 1-Second Summary' launched last November. By using both services in conjunction, more effective and efficient information searching becomes possible, aligning with EastAid's business direction of transforming into an 'open AI portal' that aims to innovate portal services with various AI functionalities.
