Smilegate's global social platform Stove announced on the 24th that it has released the official Korean version of the open-world strategy action RPG "Sand of Salzar" (developed by Han-Squirrel Studio) and will hold a discount event to commemorate this.
"Sand of Salzar" is an open-world strategy action RPG set against a vast desert backdrop, allowing users to command troops and experience war and adventure. Leveraging the open-world sandbox characteristics, players can enjoy various play styles including real-time strategy, RPG, hack-and-slash, crafting, and real-time siege warfare. Users can customize their skills, Chin Young, and other attributes to set themselves up as a lone wolf, a city lord, or a war strategist, and can make free strategic choices, such as declaring war or establishing peace, using diplomatic tactics.
Stove has completed more than 900,000 characters in translation during approximately one year of formal Korean localization work. The localization effort has raised high expectations among RPG fans. Over 250 users participated in the launch event held in September of this year, leaving messages of support and gratitude for the game.
To celebrate this Korean release, Stove is offering the main game and three DLCs at a discounted price of up to 33%, with a special discount event running until the end of this month.
