Vespi Global announced on the 23rd that it has completed the construction of the 'Seongdong-type smart AI civil service chatbot' at the Seongdong District Office, which recently began trial operations based on its own AI agent platform 'HelpNow AI.'

The Seongdong-type smart AI civil service chatbot is a conversational AI service utilizing generative AI, focusing on enhancing the convenience and satisfaction of residents through quick response to civil inquiries. It plans to sequentially service relevant information across 10 key areas, including transportation, administration, welfare, environment, safety, and culture, providing optimal answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Vespi Global prioritized the construction of chatbots for administrative tasks in 10 areas within the district office, including cleaning, general services, welfare, job placement, facility guidance, events and promotions, local economy, health, parking, and taxation, using HelpNow AI, and plans to support the official opening in the first half of next year. The service range will be expanded with various multimodal AIs such as voice bots, call bots, and digital humans, ultimately aiming to provide personalized AI services to residents and automate administrative operations through a conversational AI assistant app. Plans are in place to enhance user accessibility by integrating with the Seongdong District Office website (PC and mobile) as well as Kakao.
