Hecto Group (Hecto Innovation, Hecto Financial, Hecto Healthcare, Hecto Data, Hecto Media, Hecto) announced on the 23rd that it is launching a major rebranding, unveiling a new Corporate Identity (CI) and mission, with the goal of growing into a HectoCon corporation in the next 10 years.
On the 20th, Hecto Group held a vision declaration ceremony at the headquarters community hall in Yeoksam for all employees. The ceremony was attended by Chairman Lee Kyung-min, along with key executives and employees of the group.
Hecto Group has recently set its business direction centered around 'global' and 'AI' due to the synchronization of global markets and the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Additionally, to communicate with members and share common values, the group held a vision declaration ceremony that presented Hecto Group's identity and future vision, focusing on CI reform and organizational culture innovation.
The new CI dynamically represents the 'O' in Hecto (헥토) using the motif of a rising sun. The brand slogan is 'Every Day Forward,' capturing the commitment to enhance customers' lives and bring about positive change in society every day.
The slogan for organizational culture innovation has been set as 'Empowering every day.' This reflects the idea that members should spread positive energy to one another.
The new vision that combines Hecto Group's core values is 'Empowering forward,' which implies the intention to gather the strength of all members to promote the company's continuous advancement. It expresses the commitment of Hecto members to support customers in leading positive and proactive lives while working together to create change.
Hecto Group plans to expand its business from its existing stable B2B operations into IT technology-based B2C sectors such as AI and big data. To realize its vision for the future, the company will implement a 'Group Leadership Program' starting next year and strengthen internal consensus. The strategy aims to create an organizational culture at Hecto that enhances members' expertise, pursuing long-term growth rather than short-term results.
