Hyundai AutoEver enhances the mobility convenience for customers using Incheon International Airport.

Hyundai AutoEver noted on the 23rd that it recently signed a business agreement with Incheon International Airport Corporation to improve the travel experience of airport users based on digital map services. The two companies will collaborate to provide accurate mapping services that cover everything from parking lots to indoor facilities.

Hyundai AutoEver has developed a map of the indoor parking lot at Incheon International Airport for use in vehicle navigation systems. Incheon International Airport Corporation possesses data on ▲the indoor map of Incheon International Airport ▲facility information ▲real-time passenger status, among others. Hyundai AutoEver will integrate the data held by both companies to provide new mobility services to both drivers heading to the airport and airport users.

The official mobile app for Incheon International Airport, "Incheon Airport+", will link with transportation and parking-related data provided by Hyundai AutoEver. This aims to enhance parking information services, including real-time and predictive information on parking congestion.

Separately, Hyundai AutoEver plans to develop a new mobile app to provide convenience services to drivers. For example, when a driver arrives at the parking lot, the service will guide them on the optimal walking route from the parking lot to the boarding gate, considering the congestion level at the immigration inspection area.

Seo Dong-kwon, head of the navigation division at Hyundai AutoEver, said, "We will deliver seamless mobility services for users of Incheon International Airport, from getting into their vehicles to boarding their flights, by incorporating the navigation technology that Hyundai AutoEver has accumulated over more than 20 years, including the construction of indoor maps and route exploration."
