LG Uplus's dedicated kids platform "Kids Land" has established a children-only playground called "Imaginative Sky" at Gimhae International Airport, it said on the 20th. Parents traveling with young children using Gimhae International Airport's international flights can watch Kids Land's educational content and spend waiting time at the playground before boarding their flights.
Kids Land is LG Uplus's kids platform that offers over 70,000 pieces of content tailored for various purposes, including reading, learning, and play. To enhance accessibility to Kids Land content, LG Uplus operates Kids Land playgrounds in locations with high pediatric visits and long waiting times, such as large hospitals with pediatric departments.
The newly established playground at Gimhae International Airport serves over 15 million passengers annually. Located on the third floor of the international passenger terminal, the Kids Land playground occupies about 46 square meters and is composed of a "content zone" for viewing content themed around English and travel, and a "play zone" for physical activities. In the content zone, visitors can freely watch various contents provided by Kids Land. The play zone is designed with a sky theme, featuring characters like "Forty" from the Korea Airport Corporation and Kids Land's original characters "Yuppi and Friends" to create a friendly atmosphere for children.
