Kakao Entertainment stated that it will release the webtoon Noble Comics Home, Bitter Home: Motel California, based on the popular web novel Home, Bitter Home, starting on the 20th on KakaoPage and KakaoWebtoon.
This work shares the same universe as the new MBC Friday-Saturday drama Motel California, set to air on Jan. 10, 2025.
The webtoon beautifully depicts the love and lives of youth against the backdrop of a motel in a small town. The story revolves around the reunion of the protagonist, Kang Hee, who left the town, and Yeon Soo, who remained in their hometown for 12 years longing for her, capturing humanism and romance with romantic artwork.
The webtoon is produced by Corpus Korea, and after releasing the first 10 episodes on the 20th, it will be serialized one episode each week on Fridays.
