OmniOne Badge, a blockchain-based digital credentialing platform, announced on the 19th that it will issue artificial intelligence (AI) related certificates in collaboration with Crowd Academy.
Laon Secure, an IT security and authentication platform corporation, will issue AI private sector certificates provided by AI talent training institution Crowd Academy with the OmniOne Badge. The certificates from Crowd Academy represent the first case of private sector certificate issuance using the OmniOne Badge. Beginning with this instance, Laon Secure plans to collaborate not only with universities but also with various private educational institutions and companies across multiple fields to expand the digital credentialing market through OmniOne Digital ID and OmniOne Badge.
The certificates issued by Laon Secure and Crowd Academy through the OmniOne Badge include ▲ Level 1 Artificial Intelligence Data Expert (AIDE Level 1), ▲ Level 2 Artificial Intelligence Data Expert (AIDE Level 2), ▲ Artificial Intelligence Data Project Manager (AIDPM), ▲ Artificial Intelligence Marketing Expert (AIME), and ▲ Artificial Intelligence Startup Advisor (AIEA), totaling five types. Both companies plan to expand the issuance of various private sector certificates based on the OmniOne Badge, starting with these five AI private sector certificates.
Those who pass Crowd Academy's certification exam can receive a digital certificate based on the OmniOne Badge and access their certificate through a dedicated webpage using mobile devices or PCs. They can post the link to the certificate in their portfolio or share it in the form of a link with corporations during job-seeking activities, allowing for easy submission of the digital certificate. The certificate issuance history is stored on a distributed blockchain node, making it difficult to forge or alter.
Previously, the OmniOne Badge has been utilized for the issuance of degree certificates, admission certificates, industry-academic collaboration program certificates, and completion certificates for non-credit online courses at Chung-Ang University.
Park Jong-moon, head of the service business division at Laon Secure, noted, "We find it meaningful to issue the first private sector certificate related to AI data talent development at Crowd Academy through the OmniOne Badge," and stated, "We will expand partnerships with various private educational corporations that offer quality education and certification tests to broaden the digital credentialing market."
