South Korean football legend Park Ji-sung and Lee Kang-in of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will play together in the 'Kings World Cup 2025', which will be broadcast live in Korean by SOOP.

SOOP announced on the 17th that it will begin with the team South Korea's opening ceremony and will broadcast the 'Kings World Cup 2025' from January 2 to 13 next year. This tournament will feature global football stars, including Neymar (Brazil), Agüero (Argentina), and Chicharito (Mexico), with participation from 16 countries, including the United States, Spain, Brazil, and South Korea.

The South Korean team, led by Park Ji-sung, will face off against global football stars, including Lee Kang-in from PSG, popular streamer Gamst, and Shoot for Love. Team South Korea will compete against the Brazilian team, led by Neymar and Kaká, in their first match on January 2.

'Kings World Cup 2025' is a national competition of the seven-a-side football league 'Kings League', founded by Gerard Piqué, which combines unique rules and entertainment elements distinct from traditional football, offering a different kind of fun. This tournament will take place in Italy, with the final held at Juventus Stadium.

SOOP stated that it will exclusively broadcast the team South Korea's opening ceremony live at 5 p.m. on the 17th and will provide live coverage in Korean of key matches, including South Korean matches.
